The 3 1 cable is ok the hdmi port is ok and i have the correct wacom driver.
I have a cintiq and usually the cintiq default screen is true colour maybe slightly yellowish while the laptop other devices are kind of blue tinted.
The usb works because the computer recognizes the pen.

I don t think there s a way to make them match because i tried to get my laptop to not be blue tinted but honestly cheaper devices are off colour a lot since they re not really used for.
Basically my brand new cintiq is comptelely useless whether or not that s partially my fault and reinstalling the driver hasn t done anything.

If there are no problems with the physical connection then you must get windows to manually detect your external monitor.
This is the trickiest case to deal with and it is pretty much advisable to go the other routes if possible.
Hey guys i have noticed that ever since i got my cintiq and try to render on it i have to keep my eye on my computer screen my laptop in order to get a good indication of the colors.
I personally didn t even think the cintiq display will stay on if i press delet key during booting.
I want to sync my cintiq 24hd display to my computer but there is no connection.
Some usb or dvi d ports on the computer do not read the cintiq 24hd usb and dvi d cables.
So do it only if your computer and particularly laptop only has hdmi port.

I should point out that my cintiq is working 100 perfectly and i have full aces to all touch settings gestures and full pen sensitivity the screen also looks great with 0 display issues.
What i need is to get the screen recognized by windows 10 again in order to have my monitor calibration working i m a photographer running a printing.
