After trying several other fixes i finally diagnosed and repaired the problem part.
The throttle body gasket had broken and was letting in too much air causi.
2 after 3 minutes turn the engine off and leave it off for 60 seconds.
Check engine light comes on.
Idles fine in park on start up it may die but fires right back up.
